One Piece Manga Chapter 20

Luffy and Zoro are handcuffed together with Seastone while trying to escape Marines. They are helped by Rebecca, but are then attacked by Monet and Vergo. While trying to escape, they fall into the ocean and are subsequently handcuffed to Bartolomeo and Cavendish as well. They are nearly defeated by the Donquixote Pirates duo, but Rebecca saves the day by getting the key to their handcuffs. With the cuffs removed, the Straw Hats and their allies easily defeat Monet and Vergo. The chapter ends with Luffy and Zoro being scolded by Nami for returning empty-handed.
