The crew decides to salvage the ship for more information, with the Monster Trio (Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji) going underwater. They encounter a salvage crew led by Masira, who mistakenly believes their inquiries are about himself, but agrees to let them watch his salvage operation. At the chapter’s end, a member of Masira’s crew is mysteriously injured, and the Monster Trio are shown to be underwater.
