As Enel’s lightning ravages the island, the people of Skypiea flee. Nami leaves the others to help Luffy, while Wyper remains behind, recalling his ancestor’s past. The story flashes back 400 years to the ruthless warrior Kalgara and the fearless explorer Mont Blanc Noland.
As Luffy fights Wapol, Dalton recalls being beaten by the tyrannical king. Luffy easily defeats Wapol, sending him flying after he attempts to tear down the pirate flag. The villagers and Chopper rejoice, with Chopper’s faith in pirates being renewed.
