One Piece Manga Chapter 288

In the aftermath of Mont Blanc Noland slaying their god, the Shandia demand he be killed. He is challenged to a duel by the warrior Kalgara. Noland is stabbed but survives and makes a deal with the Shandia chieftain: he will cure their village of the deadly “Tree Fever” by the next day’s sunset, and if he fails, he will be killed. Noland’s crew and Kalgara’s daughter Mousse are imprisoned. The next morning, a massive earthquake strikes the island, causing a portion of it to sink. Kalgara, believing Noland caused the earthquake, tracks him down and finds him wedged in a crevice. The chapter ends with Kalgara preparing to kill Noland.
