Luffy dispels Enel’s “Raigo” attack, much to the shock of everyone, including Enel. On the Ark Maxim, Enel transforms into his ultimate form, 200 Million Volt Amaru. He attacks Luffy with his trident, but Luffy uses his own arm to push the trident out of his body. He plummets toward the clouds but manages to catch himself on a cloud. Luffy springs back up and uses his Gomu Gomu no Ogon Rifle to hit Enel, sending him flying backward. As Enel flies backward, everyone on the island reflects on the events that led to this moment.
