While sailing, the Straw Hats spot a giant frog and a train, the Puffing Tom, that travels on water. They then meet Kokoro, who tells them they’re headed to Water 7, a city known for its skilled shipwrights. Luffy decides to go there to find a new crew member to fix the Going Merry.
