Luffy escapes and tells Nami what he learned, but he still doesn’t believe that Robin is guilty. Elsewhere, at a bar, Kokoro tells Franky that the shooting was the work of the World Government’s secret organization, CP9. The chapter ends with Robin receiving orders from two unknown figures to get something from Iceburg in the name of CP9.
