Luffy, Usopp, and Nami arrive in Water 7 and rent Yagara Bulls to get to the city center, where they witness the skilled shipwrights of the Galley-La Company at work. While they’re away, Zoro is left to guard the Going Merry and is attacked by an unknown group.

Gan Fall confronts Enel, who reveals his plan to destroy Sky Island and travel to a fabled land called Fairy Vearth. Gan Fall attacks him but is quickly defeated. Robin then tries to stop Enel by threatening to destroy the Golden Belfry, but Enel sees through her deception and attacks her as well.
