One Piece Manga Chapter 83

The Straw Hats prepare to fight the Arlong Pirates, but Luffy is blinded by ink and gets his feet stuck in the ground. Zoro and Sanji each engage a key opponent, while Usopp is chased out of Arlong Park by Chew. Taking advantage of Luffy’s state, Arlong bites his arm and throws him into the pool to drown. Zoro stops Sanji from attempting a rescue, realizing it’s a trap.
