One Piece Manga Chapter 89

As Zoro distracts Arlong, Sanji and Nojiko free Luffy underwater. Zoro then reveals that Hatchan’s wounds have reopened, knocking him out again. With his feet freed, Luffy shoots out of the water, and immediately engages Arlong with a flurry of punches. He declares his initial assault was just a warm-up, setting the stage for their final battle.
