Luffy asks Sanji to join his crew, but he refuses. Other cooks at the Baratie worry that a starving pirate they threw out will return with his captain, Don Krieg. The pirate, Gin, does exactly that, and the chapter ends with him bringing Krieg and his massive fleet toward the restaurant.

In a Davy Back Fight against the Foxy Pirates, Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji face off against Foxy, Law, and Cavendish. The fight ends comically, with both Zoro and Sanji being disqualified, and Luffy winning by using a bald cap to reflect Foxy’s Noro Noro Beam. As their prize, the Straw Hats win a three-day banquet.
